What You'll Be Doing
As a Lead Cleaning Technician, you’ll help maintain and restore homes through a variety of cleaning services, including:
✔ Routine maintenance cleaning
✔ Deep cleaning
✔ Move-in and move-out cleaning
✔ Monthly resets
✔ Occasional special projects
Typical tasks include:
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
Removing trash
Spot cleaning walls and doors
Detailed attention to high-touch areas
Following customized cleaning checklists
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Trustworthy and respectful of clients’ homes
✔ Positive and self-motivated
✔ Comfortable working independently
✔ Detail-oriented
✔ Physically capable of bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
✔ Able to follow directions while also working without constant supervision
✔ Comfortable around pets
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check (if applicable)
Smartphone for communication
Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds
Authorized to work in the United States
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
